Our Hard Pear Cider is a dryer, soft bodied cider which is light and refreshing. It's an excellent candidate in situations where you might consider a dry Gewurtztraminer or champagne. Excellent with fruits, cheeses and salads, this light beverage is also a great brunch choice. Try it with orange juice for a "Fox-mosa".

Now called "Pacific Pear": sweet pears and white wine, a hint of tangy apple. Light, crisp and sweet. Easy drinker here very refreshing. Clear golden hue, bubbly body, no head or lacing. Is that normal for a peary?

Not sure if this is the same as the "Pear Naked" from Fox Barrel. Beerpal no longer accepting ciders to add, so going to review that one here. 5.3%, so a little stronger perhaps. Smooth, sweet, well balanced....sampled one earlier from Crispin which was apple and not pear, which was on the tart side. Thinkin I might prefer pear ciders now.

pours a light amber with virtually no head or lacing, but there is nice carbonation. The aroma is that of pears but isn't overpowering. The taste is of course pears but is very light and refreshing and not overly sweet. I will have to say this is one of the best hard ciders that I have tried.

Pours a light amber, little head, but nice carbonation. Little sweetness but big pear flavor and aroma flavor -- really tastes like pears, all in all rather refreshing, a brew to come back to.

I had this at the Oregon Garden Brewfest a couple weeks ago. It's the first pear cider I've ever had and I liked it. Very pale, green straw color with a little foam. Sweet candy pear aroma. Goes down like a fruit juice with no hint of alcohol. I liked it and I bet my 3 year old would too!

nice dry, crisp pear escence in the aroma and flavor. one dimensional, as are most ciders, but it's a nice taste...nothing more or less. this is one i'd have again.

This is Cider number four tonight. A bright yello colored brew. No head. No lacing. But a really big, bold aroma of sweet pears, picked up away from the glass. The taste is as pleasant of sweet pears. Light, crispy and bubbily. Not bad

Quite the light and refreshing cider. VERY soft on the palate, this one is slightly sweet, not really all that dry and quick to finish with a clean palate with no cloying aftertaste at all. I'd have to say probably one of my favorite ciders so far.
