At the heart of this distinctive West Coast IPA stands the juxtaposition of ripe tropical fruit esters and mild Brett funk. Moderately bitter and gracefully balanced. Where orchards meet pastures. Pale, pilsner and cara pils malts / Flaked oats / Columbus, Amarillo and simcoe hops / Brett trios.

Bomber from Central City. Cloudy orange pour, fluffy ecru head with maximum lacing. Splendid aroma of citrus, pine, and loads of yeast. Nice bitterness for the flavour, along with citrus, pine, and that delicious Brett. Above average mouth. Tart, almost sour finish. More, please.
