A very pale and refreshing Belgian ale with medium body and bright and complex finish. Don't let the pale yellow colour fool you- there's a lot going on, despite this being a lighter beer. 6 pounds of lemon peel yields a light fruitiness that blends harmoniously with a gentle spicy, black pepper and phenolic character from the yeast. The aroma suggests a Belgian ale quality with citrus tea. The hops are low- just enough to balance the residual malt. Really the perfect beer for a hot summer day. Easy going enough to refresh but with a wide range of characteristics that will entertain the craft beer lovers to the very last drop.
