Unfiltriertes special beer with 13.2° Stammwürze and 5.6% Vol. Alcohol. A special beer after old tradition brewed – naturbelassen, unfiltriert and yeast dim – simply fabulous. Very well compatibly, spicy and very drinkable, the cellar beer is based on the yet available and did not filter yeast components also very healthy. After an expanded maturity phase, the beer becomes without the Filtration usual otherwise direct by the warehouse tank into the cask abgefüllt. Through it the yeast and the white materials in the beer remain receive and cause a natural dimming and lend the cellar beer its unique taste. Brewed with crystal clear Alps source water out of the glacier-Hochgebirgsregion of the Silvretta-Arlbergmassivs.
