This brew features the Centennial hop in the boil for both floral and citrus notes. A four hop addition to the fermenter adds hop complexity in grapefruit, pine and spicy flavors. This beer’s color is light to medium straw.

Aroma: 6 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 6 | Overall: 7
Bottle shared by GMCC2181 at the NSSMNSLT. Pour was amber orange with a decent sized initial head. The aroma was big sweet malts, some tea bags and caramel. The flavor followed, big malts, good and hearty body, caramel, brown sugar, some type of seeming spice (safron?), hop bite in the finish. This needed more strong hop bitterness and bite in the finish to be worth of IPA status, yet it was a decent beer. Thanks, Gabe, for sharing!
