Yeah, it's been kept by an Illinois local for over a year and gifted to us for our use during the Friday night pre-Dark Lord tasting we hosted at the hotel. A year likely did this some solid help, nice and smoothed out firm Pils with plenty of character. Grassy, mildly floral and still crisp.
