We launch our new collab with Stray Dog Brewing, our first Zero IBU IPA! The kettle was a hop-free zone for this unique brew, and then our brewers triple dry-hopped it in the fermentation tank. The result is juicy, citrusy and hazy, and nicely balanced with an ABV of 6.2 and an IBU of . . . zero! Join us for a glass at the bar or take home a few cans.

    Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 7

Can that pours a cloudy golden-yellow colour with a bubbly white cap that stays around averagely, and some foam lacing is left. Nice fresh hoppy aromas with the citrus and grass nicely balanced by the oat sweetness and yeast. The taste shows the citrus notes of oranges, grapefruit juices and hints of mangoes. There is some bitterness found in this one, so pretty sure it is not close to zero. Still a good brew, but if you want to feel closer to zero IBU, check out Flying Monkeys Theoretikal Zero². So weird to smell full hops and then, have a unhopped mouth.
