Brewed in collaboration with our pals at Stray Dog Brewing, this DIPA showcases two spectacular South Pacific hops in Galaxy Spectrum and Nelson Sauvin alongside a dash of Citra for good measure. Expect a blast of bright tropical fruit, some white wine, and a everlasting peachy vibe. Deceptively drinkable while being a loving nod to our mutual birthdays. Cheers to the Stray Dog crew and cheers to 5 years!

Aroma: 7 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 8
Lightly hazed golden colour with an orange hue. The frothy head has decent stay and leaving some foamy lace and coating over the brew. Orange juice aromas with the citrus zest. More zest in the taste, but still with the juiciness in the background, and lingering. The mouthfeel is quite juicy and some herbal notes start to show. Nice dryness in the finish with a thin and bitter end. Gets hazier as it pours with particles going to the bottom. Some tropical hints do come out to play. A nicely balanced juicy-orangy, decently dry DIPA.
