This kettle-soured Gose was fermented with mango and passionfruit, and a dash of pink Himalayan sea salt. It’s tropical and refreshing and is the best part of any hot summery day! Perfect for picnics, parks, decks and docks!

Hazy golden colour with an amber hue. The head is white on the warm side, frothy, foamy with average retention and some spot of soapy lacing. Passion Fruit nose with hints of mineral. The fruit comes through in the taste, blended with a little mango. Some light sour notes are present as well, but everything is cut short, leaving wheat and yeast on the tongue. Maybe a little salt. A nice blend of two nice tropical fruits. Just wish the fruit would stay longer in the mouth.
