This hazy IPA features American Columbus and Australian Topaz hops. The malt bill utilizes a generous amount of oats and wheat alongside an extra helping of hops on the cold side. The result is full of stone fruit, sweet tropical notes, and a little bit of resin.

Hazy golden colour with a frothy white cap, good retention and some thick foamy lacing, almost creamy. Aromas of herbal-lemon with the Columbus hops and hints of tropical fruits with the Topaz, spiciness. That spicy-zip continues lightly in the taste at first, with mild citrus zest and a little dry finish. Nothing too punchy, all smoothly balanced. Some bitterness does build with time, right before the finish. Quite an easy-drinking DDH IPA.
