Our newest double dry hopped IPA is a nod to Oregon’s Strata varietal and was brewed to celebrate our 4th anniversary! As per usual, we used a generous amount of oats to amp up the mouthfeel, and the vigorous dry hop has lent the beer loads of red berry, dank, and tropical notes. These beers go quick, so load up on this hazer pronto!

Tall can thanks to Chopz. Pours an average size frothy white head with some decent sticky lacing and has a super hazy orangey coloured appearance. Moderate carbonation. Aromas of floral and piney hops, some grassy and citrusy notes as well. Flavours are mostly citrusy and juicy, lots of tropical fruit notes also, mainly pineapple and mango. Some piney and yeasty notes in the finish. Drying mouthfeel. Some mild bitterness on the palate. Quite good.

Hazy golden colour with an amber hue. White cap, good retention and some decent foamy lacing left. Spicy grassy nose with tropical fruit notes. A good dryness in the finish, juiciness and somewhat grassiness. A nice balance of citrus zest and hints of tropical fruits. A nice spicy zing, lightly bitterness stays on the tongue. Another good DDH IPA from Flora.
