Brewed with our pals at Cold Bear Brewing, this IPA combines lager brewing techniques and the bold flavour profile of classic West Coast IPAs to create a bold, delicious Spring beer. Brewed with Mosaic Incognito, and dry hopped with Mosaic and local Chinook from Stone Hedges Hops, this beer is like a resinous and tropical grapefruit fun dip.

Fairly clean, golden colour with a big white, frothy head, long retention and loads of lacing. Dry citrus nose with zest and mild grassiness. Gets a little hazy as it pours. Decent herbal-grassy hops that are not overpowering with the citrus zest drying things a bit. All is well-balanced, all is nicely blended to be not too strong. A nice Cold IPA West Coast-style that is quite easy to drink with enough dryness, zest and grass.
