We've collaborated with the Escarpment Laboratories, and the tropical flavours of their enigmatic Cerberus yeast mingle with Galaxy, Citra and Azacca hops to produce notes of pineapples and melon. It's the very taste of spring !

4-pack from the brewery while they had some. Pours a hazy light golden-yellow colour with a soapy off-white head, good stay and patchy lines of foamy lacing. Mild grassy hops with the citrus notes and hints of pineapples sweetness. The mouthfeel has good dryness. The taste is nicely bitter and hoppy as well for a lighter IPA. Some citrus juices and their peel. Don't feel the melon. A slightly-session, good IPA.
