Brewed in collaboration with our pals at Bar Lupulus to celebrate our mutual 5 year anniversaries, this DIPA is inspired by the early examples of genre defining hop forward beers. Heavily dry hopped with Amarillo, Centennial, Simcoe, and Columbus, this double IPA packs a massive old school and modern punch at the same time. Cheers to 5 years!

Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 8
Lightly hazy, golden-orange colour with a small, bubbly off-white cap, mild retention and a ring of bubbles left. Aromas of green grass, orange peel and juice, hints of vanilla. Juicy wet mouthfeel with a light drying finish. The taste shows some nice bitterness, from the grassiness of hops, blended with the citrus notes. Was expecting loads of oats to haze this one, but no - still juicy, dry, lightly warming, bitter and grassy-citrusy.
