330 ml capped bottle. Poured in the original Fleurac stemmed glass an unfiltered and opaque mid-brown coloured IPA with a generous two fingers beige and dense foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Sustained carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is toasted malts, caramel, deep tropical fruits, spicy, gingerbread and moderate piney hops. The flavour is strong hoppy bitter, dried fruits, walnuts, raisins, fruity, citrus, mandarin and sweety toasted malts. The mouthfeel is fulled, sweet with syrupy tones and strong bitter. This full bodied IPA has a long fruity and hoppy bitter finish. A rich flavoured IPA from the small brewery Fleurac in Cantal.
