A crisp and refreshing brew in the European Lager style. A Danish lager yeast was used to ferment this beer and impart its unique flavor characteristics. Lightly hopped with German Hersbrucker and Tettnang hops to add a subtle bitterness and light spicy flavor. Adjunct brewing is the use of rice or corn for a portion of the grain bill, which reduces the flavor imparted by the grains, thus allowing the yeast flavors to shine thru. Our version uses corn as an adjunct addition.
