Brewed for those hot Missouri summers, this is a traditional German wheat beer that is easy to drink and a favorite of many. This beer has a light body made with 50% wheat malt. A contribution of the yeast is that typically it remains in suspension and adds to the beer's cloudiness. It also has slight aromas and flavors of bananas and cloves. German Tettnang and Styrian Goldings hops add a refreshing spicy light finish.
