7.3% and described as an English style IPA. Poured up on tap at the brewpub where it exhibits a clear gold body that supports a thin white head. The mild aroma offers up some floral and spicy hoppiness as well as a caramel maltiness. The taste delivers soft sweet malts running quickly into floral bitterness linked up to a bit of a biscuit sensation. Bitter floral hops and the caramel and biscuit malts marry up and head to the finish. Simple lightly hopped but there is a decent bitterness here. Nice English style IPA

Again, who can't make an IPA / Pale Ale like this? Officially dubbed, "Bubbaganouj Pale Ale," this one was more like an IPA than a Pale Ale (so, I agree with the bp classification, IPA). Poured a yellow-amber color with a nice head. The aroma was hoppy. The flavor had a good balance of hops and malts. Decent stuff.

Light gold color. Medium head. Aroma is malty and hoppy. A lighter bodied IPA. Malts are nutty and sweet. Hops are citrusy and fairly bitter. Some fruitiness as well. Medium hopped IPA. Well balanced. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.
