Bottled. Big thanks to Baggio for this one. Cloudy reddish brown with non-existent head. Fruity aroma of banana, herbs and mild juniper with notes of raw yeast and alcohol. Full-bodied with strong notes of cloves, banana and ryebread. Low bitterness in the long fruity warming finish of cloves, banana, spices and alcohol.

Pours wtih a cloudy amber-orange body topped by a thin head with a good amount of lacing. The aroma is slighlty sweet yet bitter withnotes of licorice, apricot, spice and a touch of citrus and yeast. The flavor is sweet with a touch of tartness and a hint of spice, as well as, some yeast and apricot. Medium bodied and crisp yet slightly warming.

Bottled. Hazy dark brown colour, no head. Banana and other fruit in aroma. Flavour of banana, malt and alcohol. Alcohol is the most present of all. Sticky palate. Strong flavour which stays through the following couple of beers too...

Bottle, RBESG 2005, Grand Tasting. ABV was 8.1%. Hazy brown colour, no carbonation. Interesting aroma of bread yeast, brown sugar, rye bread, fermenting fruits and pigshed(!). Flavour is sweet and fruity and rather alcoholic. Hints of juniper berries.

hazy red-amber colour, almost no foam, apple, moisture and herbal aroma with smokey notes, very sweet and oily with a finishing acidity, bubblegum-like finish with a warming alcohol touch, a bit disgusting - original and hard to rate
