IPA's can be deceptively complex to execute, which is why we're always tweaking our technique in order to find that perfect combination of flavour, mouthfeel, and appearance. We're especially happy with how Tiptoe, our new 6% New England style IPA, turned out. You'll notice an almost milky creaminess to this full-bodied beer which was generously double dry-hopped with Sabro and Galaxy hops. These two hops work nicely together with Sabro delivering flavours of coconut while Galaxy is bursting with ripe pineapple and passion fruit. The result is a tropical escape and you might mistake this one for a Piña colada.

Hazy golden colour with a big frothy, warm-white head with good retention and some thick foamy-soapy lacing. Pineapple sweet aromas blended with the bitter lemon peel and zest. These citrus notes continue into the taste. Juicy, wet mouthfeel with a touch of dryness in the end. Nothing to crazy here, but a decent, easy-drinking, zesty-peel IPA, that almost feels like a Hazy APA.
