Oats & Cream IPA is inspired by the modern NEIPAs coming out of the eastern seaboard of the United States. Utilizing a large amount of oats, and just enough lactose, we were able to produce a beer as creamy as it is hazy. This batch of Oats & Cream IPA was finished with a generous dry-hop of Nelson(NZ) and Citra(US) hops, resulting in a fruity hop- forward finish.

Hazy golden-beige colour with an orange hue, a big frothy warm head, very good retention and creamy-foamy lacing. Aromas of oranges with a touch of tropical fruits and a biscuit malt base. Some of the tropical notes come out a little more in the taste as the oranges take a back stance. Mild resin in the finish, but calms down quickly. A light creamy mouthfeel with a decent dry finish, balanced with the juiciness lingering. A pretty good-looking, creamy, oaty IPA that is smooth all-around.
