The High Country region of Australia is known for growing some of our favourite IPA hops. Our High Country Australian IPA was dry-hopped with Eclipse and Galaxy, two of the country's best. Expect big, juicy flavours of citrus, mandarin and peach.

Hazy golden colour with a white frothy head, good stay and some nice foamy lacing spots. Lemon, grapefruit zest aromas with the bitterness. Some orange juice comes out eventually in the background, adding some fruity sweetness. The flavours continue the same. Quite a nice IPA with the lemon zest bitterness and the blending orange juice base.
