It’s summertime. It’s time for lagers. It’s time for some lucha libre! Noble hops (Sterling and Hersbrucker) Pilsner malt, and a little bit of flaked corn create a balanced, dry, unfiltered, summer lager. It’s Awesome Cabeza time! (lime’s not included).

Pours a typical but still appetizing clear golden with a thick, though effervescent, eggshell head. Malty aroma is barely noticeable. Flavor is crisp and malty with a hint of hops, more for chugging than savoring. Smooth texture has average fizz and thickness. Awesome? No, but refreshing on a sultry day.
