This is our Belgian Quad Aged in Bourbon Barrels and Maple Barrels. A beautiful tawny color, with aromas of plum, maple, fig, and vanilla. Subtle dark fruit, vanilla, and sweet potato flavors with some spicy, roasty notes. An apparent sweetness also comes into play from the Maple barrels. This barrel aged quad delivers a wonderful richness and complexity.
