We’ve upped the ante of our Rockslide. Loads more hops...Columbus, Summit, Amarillo and Centennial. A bit more malt but this is all about the hops!

Beer No. 4 of my flight of beers at the brewery tap. Hazy orange colour, white head, nice lacing. Aggressively hopped aroma and flavour, also some sweetness, resinous and grapefruity, some alcohol sting.

a decent IIPA, though far from my favorite. has the right parts, just not enough of them. floral, citrusy, and a tad sweet. medium bodied, tasty summer brew.

Tasted on tap at the Bistro Double IPA Festival on 2/7/2009. This Imperial IPA pours a slightly cloudy orange gold color from the tap. Medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is orange peel, floral, fruity and sweet. A medium bodied Imperial IPA. The malts are fruity and sweet. Hops are cirrusy and floral. Lots of orange peel and orange flavors in this one. Good carbonation. Nice balance. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and crisp. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.
