A collaboration with the amazing Fyne Ales ‘Origins’ team. We took a sour amber base and barrel aged for 12 months with Scottish brambles and our house wild/sour cultures. Fruity, Tart, complex. 500 ml bottle, from the brewery webshop. ABV is 6.4%. Red colour, shortlived off-white to pink head. Aroma of wild bramble / blackberries, brettanomyces and lactic acid, a hint of oak. Medium sour flavour with the same elements as the aroma, also notes of lemons.
