(Canned for SF Beer Week 2019 release) - white soapy looking head. Body reminds me of freshly squeezed white grapefruit juice. Aroma of sour fruit such as grapefruit, pomelo and tangelo. Flavor profile not what I expected. Sort of earthy character to it like a Blood Orange. A slight hoppy aftertaste which reminds me of British hops, as opposed to the usual piney West Coast characteristic we’re familiar with. A bit of a chalky feeling to it.
