A lighter unfiltered IPA, with bold citrusy and grapefruit flavours. We use grapefruit peel and citrusy hops - Amarillo, Centennial and Citra - to produce this refreshing late summer IPA. The perfect send off and final brew in this year’s FBC IPA Bucket List!

Bomber from Central City. Pours a clear medium gold, with an ample rocky white head. Aroma - wow! That's a lot of grapefruit, plus underlying pine resin. No issues with the mouthfeel. Flavour - grapefruit (what else?). Also some resinous notes. Bitter finish, of course. Still, a respectable balance is achieved. I like it.
