Sur cette Double IPA, c’est le houblon néo-zélandais « Nelson Sauvin » qui est mis à l’honneur. Depuis longtemps un de nos houblons préférés avec ses notes qui rappellent le cépage Sauvignon Blanc, on lui dédie cette DIPA en compagnie de son compère Mosaic. Houblons: Nelson Sauvin et Mosaic Levure: Verdant IPA

On tap at Cardinal, Stavanger. Hazy yellow colour, large to moderate white head. Aroma of pine, spruce, grapefruit / citrus and tropical fruits, apricot. The flavour has the same elements, decent bitterness. Good beer!
