pours a pale yellow color with nice white head leaving a little lace. The aroma was slightly sweet smelling with a definite skunky aroma. The taste has an upfront corn and rice taste followed by the most odd sweet aftertaste. The mouthfeel is somwhere between light bodied and medium bodied and heavely carbonated. Another beer from my much younger years.

not a real good beer but not a real bad beer would drink if there was nothing else to drink. It is a very good beer to cook brats or anyother food in that you like gives food a great flavor

Thanks shag for scoring this beast. Glowing neon yellow color with a big head that leaves in a big hurry. Can of corn aroma. Very light watered down creamed corn flavor, basically, if you emptied out a can of creamed corn and then filled that can with water, you have falls city beer. Its really not very offensive though, pretty decent workin mans brew.

Amazing what may lurk in the back cooler of a beer store. I saw this and laughed, it was $3 a sixer in cans. I bought it expecting the worst. But what I found was a good old fashioned beer you grandpa probably drank. Still an american lager for sure but alot smoother than many. This is not a bad pick up in this price range. And the can looked straight from 1973, I hope it really wasnt though!
