Hazy amber with a low white foam. Very fruity, spicy and crisp aroma of dark cherries, elder, gooseberries, anise, ginger and alcohol. Spicy flavour of anise, mild pepper, cherries, yeast, bread and canned pears. The body is surprisingly light. Warming finsih of yeast, leaves, caramel and red berries. Interesting and dangerously drinkable.
