Bittering hops: Magnum Aroma: Spalter, Czech & US Saaz, Hallertaur Flavour: Spalter, Czech Saaz Malt: Pilsner malt with 3 different dark/black malt for colour & flavour Aroma: Strong notes of coffee & chocolate with underlying caramel & slight pilsner hop Colour: Opaque dark red to black Taste: Malt forward with a pleasant touch of heat, followed by a smooth dark chocolate and some notes of spalter hops (spice), nice long lasting bitter finish. Mouthfeel: Medium body with some pilsner characteristic (clean & refeshing)
