Golden in colour, it remains closely tied to the tradition of cream ales with its serenely smooth, creamy palate and subtle hopping.

Bought fresh from the brewery. Poured a pale gold color with a 3 CM white head that reduced fast to a surface covering thin light lace. Medium-low carbonation. Very faint odors of grassy fruity sweetness. Light and thin up front then the light body releases a faint apple/pear fruityness and suble tartness...like a weak malty cider. Finishes fast, thin and cleanly with very little aftertaste (just a slight metallic effect). An average tasting beer...a bit thin and flat for my tastes.
