Comes out of the bottle a slightly hazy amber with a fairly thick ivory head. Malty aroma has firm notes of apple and coriander - or is that juniper? Mouth-filling flavor has a malty core with coriander and fruity notes and a surprisingly strong hoppy component that is fairly but not fiercely bitter. Texture is firm and thick, though not too fizzy. This is definitely a beer to be sipped and savored.
