Santa!! I Know him! is our holiday saison brewed with rose hips, chamomile, black currants and dark Belgian candi syrup. Deep, complex and intriguing, this bone-dry Belgian-style ale is sure to seduce you, or the one you’re with. Roses, chamomile, and currants have long been considered powerful aphrodisiacs, so we decided to combine them with mysterious and beguiling Belgian saison yeast. Pours clear copper with a thick and rather fine-bubbled parchment head. Aroma yields tart and slightly sweet stone fruit plus crisp fresh malt and subtle herbal notes. Flavor offers tart and sweet stone fruit, herbal tones and fresh malt - quite drinkable. Texture provides firm, smooth body and perky fizz. Beer! I love it!
