We use organically grown barley and hops in this export style lager. Lagers are characterized by there cleaner profile and generally crisper taste. We use a German lager yeast to ferment this beer.

my buddy said this was a great lager on tap, but i wasn't feeling the bottle. light and fizzy are the keywords. flavor and aroma has cereal malt and light grassy hops, but not much else.

12 oz bottle. Pours a yellow gold with almost no head that quickly disappears.
The aroma is sweet corny malts.
The flavor is sweet macro malts and a little honey with some leathery bitterness in the finish. The mouthfeel is medium and watery with no carbonation.
Overall, this is actually worse than some macro lagers.
