An orange to amber color with a white head. Aroma contains some caramel with a hint of citrus. The flavor is only slightly bitter if at all with a ton of caramel going on. Slightly oxidized which makes no sense since this brewery is new to town. Overall bleh. Misery aint far off brother

A decent IPA..not great by any means. So many out there now, that this seems average at best. Has some good hop and bitter to it, just feels like a hoppy APA...if that makes sense? Maybe I am just finding the balance a little off. Mainly, a new beer to sample and review...but that is about it.

A very good IPA. Very balanced in every respect with no one dominating characteristic. However, the hops are pronounced enough to let one know that this is, in fact, an IPA. Dark ornage/copper color when poured with a medium white head - superb lacing. Floral, pine and hops abound. Refreshingly crisp and slightly bitter. Glad I tried this one.

An IPA to be proud of, this is very well rounded and exceptional in all categories. Nothing dominating or unusual, but as a whole this beer is fantastic. Pours a dark copper color with a lasting, foamy head and sticky lacing. Alluring fresh mixed bag of oranges, grapefruit, honey, roasted nuts, mild pine, and cookie dough. The aromas open up wonderfully as the beer rests. Initial bitter burst awakens the taste buds, this is followed by a gritty sweetness and the beer finishes dry. Heavy mouth feel there is a lot of malts in the profile. Floral and bready with a bitter citrus taste. Resinous pine tops out the tasty hop profile. Assertive and enjoyable, soon to be a regular IPA for this guy provided the stores keep it in stock.
