    22oz bottle -

Aroma - resionous hops, apricot/pepper jam, rose petals..yeah

Appearance - 4-finger fluffy white head, hazy golden body, above average retention, average lacing

Mouthfeel - medium/full bodied, medium carbonation, velvety

Flavor - complex array of pitted fruit and tropical fruits, light biscuity malts take a backset..hops on full display

Overall - hop instense IPA, could pass for a Cali brewed IPA

Epic further establishes that they are, indeed, Utah's best brewery. Wonderful balance between dry, zesty, fruity yeast and light citrus and piney hops. No alcohol evident, great flavor but the aroma is especially nice. I could drink this all day.
