Brewed in the style of a classic India Pale Ale, this intensely hopped ale is a hymn to the virtues of the exclusive Kentish Cobb hop. We add the hops at four different stages of brewing to develop the full spectrum of their taste. The magnificent Cobb rewards with a gentle bitterness and aromatics of depth and distinction. Married with Maris Otter barley from Suffolk this is a majestic ale to enjoy on occasions that call for the very best.

Clear pale amber colour with rich white head. Pleasant hop aroma of grass, earth, flowers and subtle citrousy fruits. Grassy flavour with notes of oranges with a fairly dry finish of grass, soil and orange-peels. Pretty good!

Bottle. Copper coloured with a large white head. Aroma is hoppy with citrus, spices and perhaps a touch of barnyard. A pretty hoppy taste too, some spices and oranges and a long lightly bitter finish. Medium bodied, softly carbonated. I like it.
