While modern examples have become more hop-forward, a well-made, well-balanced IPA can be consumed vigorously and paired with many dishes: an ethos we celebrate with our interpretation. Faintly orange in color beneath a vibrant, dense head, our West Coast IPA blends the citrus, floral, tropical fruit, and berry notes of Cascade, Chinook, and Centennial hops with the resinous and piney foundation of Amarillo and Simcoe. Pilsner malt provides a more subtle base that allows us to easily layer on “middle malts” for hints of nuts and toffee. The body is dry, the carbonation is bright, and the finish is crisp

Taps clear topaz with a nice buff head. Aroma provides resiny hops, juicy grapefruit and tangerine, a pineapple hint. Flavor delivers piney hops, juicy and tangy grapefruit & tangerine, hints of mango and pineapple. Texture gives firm body and lively fizz. Drink to viridity.
