This Pseudo-Lager utilizes a yeast named “Lutra” and brings a dry refreshing mouthfeel alongside delicate ester(fruit) notes. We pay homage to the Norwegian brewing traditions with a small addition of freshly harvested Spruce Tips. A light and refreshing lager with subtle hints of pine, crackers and dried greens

Pours clear jonquil with a thick and frothy, though not long-lived, eggshell head. Aroma presents fresh malt, fruity and subtle resin tones. Flavor yields raw malt, hoppy and fruity tones, fairly sweet. Texture offers decent body and peppy fizz. Migrate to Norway.
