RYOLITT (11.0%) is the brewmaster’s favourite christmas beer, brewed in the early part of 2020 to ensure sufficient period of storage. Added to the boiling wort is a fair portion of homemade dark candi syrup, along with orange peels and coriander seeds. The result is a flavourful and aromatic beer that is well-suited for storage.

330 ml bottle, vintage 2020, batch #114, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 11%. Black colour, small tan head. Aroma of dark kandij sugar syrup, medium dark malts, only a hint of orange peel and coriander seed. Medium sweet and malty flavour, with the same elements as the aroma.
