Had a hppy hour pint at the brewpub. Has a good looking deep amber brown color with a short white head. The smell is a bit nutty, with a raw grain smell. Taste was kind of nutty, left an aftertaste that I could not put my finger on. It had a slightly roasted taste, with some bitterness that was trying to balance the flavor. It seemed a bit thin, not a lot of chewy nutty taste I was looking for. This was drinkable, but I will try something different next time.
