A Eisenbahn Lust Prestige também é fabricada pelo método champenoise. Depois da fermentação pelo método convencional, a cerveja segue para uma vinícola aonde passa por uma segunda fermentação dentro da garrafa. Após essa fermentação, entra na etapa chamada cuvèe, que no caso da Lust Prestige dura 1 ano. Com isso, apresenta paladar mais seco e aromas amanteigado, de brioche e tabaco. Combina com ostras, comida japonesa, sobremesas e pratos finos. Harmoniza com os queijos gouda, gruyère, chevrotin, pont l'evèuqe e parmesão. Perfeita para grandes comemorações.

    Served from 750ml Bottle, corked and caged. cost: $58.

    What an explosion! cork even made a mark on the ceiling! a very spritz carbonated brew.
    -Pours a sunset tan, with a strong white head. Lacing is very flashy too.. .. some light haze to it, bubbles like the finest champagne .. .. Quick, some light this monkey!! .. . lots of Honey! belgain themed fun! .. . . . honey, yeast, and light resin cereal flavors ..
    A great brew, shows a touch of heat and a touch of class, but be prepared to dish out the $$$ ...
