The naturally cloudy catering speciality from EGGER, fresh from the storage cellar. An entire beer with an alcohol content of 5.1 % by volume and an original wort of 11.6 degree Plato, light and sweet and fresh flavour with a lightly-hopped aftertaste. Unfiltered with natural wholesome mineral nutrients and trace elements. We offer “ZWICKL 1868” to gastronomers with an excellent beer culture as a beer speciality in the cask.
