Comes out of the growler a slightly hazy solar yellow with a thick and fluffy pale buff head. Wheaty, citrus aroma has definite lemon and lime notes. Crisp, refreshing flavor has a zingy citrus tone, lime and lemon, with wheaty and yeasty notes as well. Mouthfeel is firm for a hefeweizen and quite fizzy. Get down to grass roots and enjoy.
