Orakel Landbier is a crisp, country style lager that finds inspiration in heirloom Bavarian malts and the history of brewing with ancient grains. Made primarily with Isaria, the oldest native German barley variety, a malt reminiscent of flakey biscuits - small amounts of Bavarian spelt and buckwheat add a delicate nutty and pastoral charm. Hopped with Northern Brewer, Perle and Hallertau Mittelfrüh, Orakel provides gentle notes of orange oils, pinewood and treacle on the way to lush and balanced mouthfeel that refreshes and restores

Pours clear bright yellow with a thick buttermilk head. Aroma gives crisp fresh malt, resiny hops, apple and subtle biscuit notes. Flavor delivers crisp malt, zesty apple, bitter hops, a little biscuit character. Texture adds nice body and peppy fizz. Hail the Orakel.
