Bottle - pored a hazed deep copper with a tight poured 2 finger cap which lasts. Aroma is spicy, toasty, lightly herbal - very clean nose to it. Flavour is an expertly balanced amalgam of rye spicyness, toasty malts and simcoe hops, dry peppery finish with s pleasing hop bite - a great ESB and one of the best rye beers out there.
