how is this a big ass beer? don't ask me. a little bitter for a wheat, which isn't a great flavor, but at least it makes it stand out a little from all the others that all taste the same.

Poured a orange-amber liquid with little or a quickly disappearing head, The level of carbonation was higher than previous sampled bottled micro-brews Giving a crisp mouthfeel, a slight malt flavor that finished in a crisp no after taste except slight fruity flavor. Would try this again.

Straw color, slightly cloudy, small head. Straw nose. Wheat beer, slight hops with slight malts. Mild flavor. Finish is crisp and clean. Aftertaste is slightly hoppy. Not bad but nothing special.

Pours a hazy golden orange color with an acceptable head and little carbonation. Aroma is unique, very light with a grainy scent, and something that appears to be fruit notes trying to escape, and maybe some VERY subtle yeasty citrus notes; otherwise, little is discernable. Mouthfeel is fairly full and very smooth (makes it appear a little flat). Flavor is pretty average; on the sweet side for a wheat beer, but with a decent balance in the finish (still sweet). Overall, not a bad offering, but I have had better wheat beers, and frankly would have expected a little more from the "Wheat Beer Company". Just seemed a little flat and uninteresting...very smooth and drinkable, but not quite lively enough for my tastes.
