Take one of my favorite breweries, one of my favorite DIPAs, and oak-age it....and you have one of my best rated beers. I’ve been sitting on a crowler for over 2 months so needed to share with a buddy while still semi-fresh. Pours a cloudy dark orange with a frothy off-white head. Unfiltered toward the end. Good amount of malt and tons of hops. Great balance The oak is on the milder side so not too overpowering. I would like to get this again.
